Our Story
In April 2014, a seed of a business idea, what some might call a business movement was planted. The idea came on the heels of ‘N Good Co’s Founder attending two Tony Robbins Live Events (Data With Destiny and Business Master) in back-to-back months (December 2013 and January 2014), along with his decision to donate his life savings on Christmas 2013, and then his decision to leave his high-flying, 6-figure paying job at Cisco to pursue something else, something that was missing from his life. That “something” was a deeper purpose and meaning, whereby he could more directly impact and positively transform lives and businesses.
Coming from a unique background and last name, “Nimergood”, that stood for “excellence” in everything by being “good”, Justin knew he wanted the company to be an extension of this very special and rare last name. Additionally, this last name represented the importance of relationships, especially when forging business deals with a “handshake” just like his Grandfather Robert Nimergood had thousands of times before him. After racking his brain for months trying to piece together these clues, Justin finally came up with the perfect company name. The company would be called “’N Good Company”, which packages the foundation of the name “Nimergood” with “Company”, in a creative ohmage. Most importantly, “‘N Good Company” reinforces the type of “Good Company” that Nimergoods like to keep.
At its essence, “’N Good Co” (recently rebranded to stay with the times) is a global educational community focused on developing leaders through Business Coaching, Management Consulting, and Keynote/Motivational Speaking/Training Services. Since it’s official launch in August of 2014, ‘N Good Co has Coached hundreds of individuals, Consulted with dozens of businesses, and delivered just as many Speaking/Training Events, driving ridiculous results. And while this is only a fraction of the targets that ‘N Good Co has in mind, they are certainly proud to be in the business of helping people and their businesses perform at “Peak”.

His consultative, relationship centric business approach puts people, rather than profits, at the center of an organization's value system. And by fostering "The Power Of The Channel”, he has been able to help companies scale more strategically and efficiently, as compared to traditional sales loading models.
As the Founder and CEO of ‘N Good Co (previously ‘N Good Company), Justin and his Global Team aim to deliver on this promise with every project and client alike. Their commitment to ‘N Good Co’s Vision of developing not just ordinary individuals, but a community of “the world’s business elite” via Coaching, Consulting, Real Estate, Speaking, and Training Offerings, remains the major driving force for the relentless effort by Justin and his Team.

Justin is excited to turn a new chapter in his career as ‘N Good Co prepares to launch into their “Acceleration Phase”. He currently resides in The Colony, TX with his wife, and enjoys travel, great food, playing/watching sports, fitness, and reading/listening to personal development books/podcasts when he’s not working.
